We are a group of software development specialists with Qt framework as the main area of expertise. The software that we develop is targeted at all platforms supported by the Qt framework, including desktops, mobile, and embedded. We provide our services to customers all around the globe. Our clients come from various industries such as medical, automotive or electronics.

We offer outsourcing of specialists, dedicated teams and comprehensive project development.

 

Who do we look for?
We have existing sales and marketing. We have processes and a small team. All we miss now is you – the person who will help us direct, intensify and structure our activities even better.

 

We place a high emphasis on commitment. We are looking for a person hungry for results, with a head full of ideas and determination to implement them.
We are keen on a person with business contacts and at least 3 years of experience (not necessarily managerial) coming from working in a company offering B2B IT services therefore we require thorough industry knowledge.

 

 

In this position you will be responsible for:
🎯 Participate in building sales strategy with targets and KPIs
🎯 Monitoring and reporting on achievements
🎯 Acquiring new customers
🎯 Building a positive company image
🎯 Participating in outbound and inbound activities

 

Requirements:
✅ At least 3 years of experience in IT services sales.
✅ Knowledge of sales and marketing support tools (CRM, mailing campaigns)
✅ English at B2-C1 level.
✅ Creativity
✅ Independence
✅ Results-oriented

 

Nice-to-have:
✨ Knowledge of the German language.
✨ Knowledge of selected industries (e.g. electronics, medical)
